To achieve this the Company operates an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with OHSAS 18001 that identifies hazards, assesses risks and in particular commits to:

• Comply with all applicable health and safety legislation and other health and safety requirements which the company subscribes.
• Reduce the risks of illness. Accidents and incidents in the workplace to the lowest level reasonably practicable using the hierarchy of controls.
• Continual improvement of the health & safety management system to enhance health & safety performance.
• Where appropriate there will be consultation with employees and other relevant stakeholders with regards relevant health and safety matters.

Provide adequate resources to achieve the above

The Company’s Quality. Safety, Environment, Assurance and Learning (Q­SEAL) Manual describes the management system used to set objectives and to control, review and improve health and safety performance and is implemented via procedures, work Instructions and/or training, as appropriate. This manual, together with current health and safety objectives will be made available to interested parties on request.

This policy will be review on an annual basis as part of the Management Review and will be reissued only in the event of update.
